Rakuten merchants can reach out to Rakuten customers that have purchased from them before, but cannot reroute or redirect them to their own sites.
When reaching out to a Rakuten customer, we require that you do it through our email service, R-Mail. Rakuten prohibits direct mail advertisements or emails outside that channel to our mutual customers.
R-Mail will not be available at launch. An announcement will be made once it is available.
