How can a customer edit/cancel an order?

Customers cannot edit/cancel an order from My Orders page.

Customers can contact merchants by clicking "Contact Shop" from My Orders page, to request merchants to edit/cancel the order.



  • As for editing orders, merchants can only edit shipping fee and product quantity.
  • When editing shipping fee and product quantity, need to make sure that “Order Total can’t exceed the amount paid by the customer”.
