How do I create an email template to send to customers?

Merchants can create email templates by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to RMS > Orders > Email Templates

2. Click "Create New Template"

3. Input "Template Name", "Subject", "Text Area-1" and "Text Area-2"

4. Check "Order Details", "Items", "Refund Information" and "Checkout Messages" if necessary

5.Click "Save"
